Brand new purpose built butchery
We used to lease the Chop Shop in Toko for 4 years but we then opened a brand new purpose built butchery for processing home kill in 2017. We are located at 829 East Road Toko in between Hartley Engineering and Aitken transport.
What we do
We can process, pack and freeze all beef, pigs, and sheep to your specific requirements including all small goods such as luncheon, saveloys, cooked hams, bacon, sausages, salamis and any special requirement products you may need.

About Clive and Sarah
Previously we worked at the Taranaki Abattiors where Sarah was employed for 8 years packing, boning and processing all cuts of meat. Clive also worked at the Taranaki Abattiors for 10 years mainly in sales and processing. He has extensive experience in processing and production of all meat products having owned several butcher shops and meat wholesalers.
